1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: email address, display name, and OAuth profile data when you sign in via Google or another provider.
  • Uploaded content: sketches and prompts you submit to generate images.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and generation history.
  • Payment information: billing data processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, password resets);
  • monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • analyse aggregate usage to guide product decisions.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Replicate / AI model providers — image generation (sketches are processed transiently and are not stored by these providers beyond the duration of the request)
  • PostHog — product analytics (anonymised)
  • Resend — transactional email

4. Gallery and Public Sharing

If you opt in to share a generation to the public gallery, the generated image and — if you choose — your sketch and prompt will be visible to all visitors. You can remove a shared generation from the gallery at any time from your history.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Generation outputs stored in cloud storage may be deleted after 90 days for free-tier accounts.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@sketchsnap.art to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email.
