Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SketchSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SketchSnap is an AI-powered tool that transforms hand-drawn sketches into polished images using generative AI models. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-based basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

  • is illegal, harmful, or harassing;
  • infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
  • contains sexual content involving minors;
  • is intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of sketches you upload. You grant SketchSnap a limited licence to process your sketches solely to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a non-exclusive licence for personal and commercial use, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model providers.

6. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed each time you generate an image. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SketchSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
